Shipping policy

Free shipping only applies for orders shipping in the USA for $100 or more.

Business Shipping Days are Monday - Friday (We are closed on Saturday & Sunday + National Holidays)

All orders are shipped in 1-2 Business days (including Express Shipping) after the order is placed. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ojai, CA. Please see Estimated Shipping Time below to see when to expect your package. 

 

Orders placed before 12 pm PST typically ship that same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking #. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking # to take effect.

Estimated Shipping Time (once your order has shipped)

  •  All Domestic orders $100 or more come with Free Shipping Via USPS First-Class Mail (Tracking # Included) Estimated Shipping Time = 4-9 Days
  • All Domestic orders under $45  are charged a small Shipping fee of $4 Via USPS First-Class Mail (Tracking # Included) Estimated Shipping Time = 4-9 Days
  • For an additional fee you can choose to get Express Mail (Tracking # Included). Estimated Shipping Time = 2 Days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP USING USPS OR DHL AND MAY TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE.  

Please note: Duties/Taxes & Tariffs may apply on International orders. We have no control over this and all fees will be your responsibility.


Note: Tracking on my order says "Delivered" but I don't have my Package! - It is our responsibility to process and ship your order with tracking. If your order has been delivered according to tracking, we are not liable for its whereabouts. We recommend contacting the shipping agency to help locate your shipment.
