Refund policy

You're happy or your money back. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or MRKD store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be processed and accepted by MRKD via email. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on solid gold products. Once any of our solid gold products go into production, there can be NO cancellations. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to MRKD. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in MRKD store credit.

To start a return, contact us at Hello@Mrkdforlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will issue you a return label to send the item back to us. Once we have received it we will issue you a replacement of equal or lesser value at no additional cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on solid gold, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
